Empowering Trade Union Leaders Capacity Building, Behavioural
Skills. Held Rural Labour Camps for generating critical
awareness among rural labourers.

She has published
more than 20 articles in various in-house regular publications
of the Institute and in external journals, and also in edited
books, documented experiences in the area of organising rural
labour in the form of NLI research studies series. She has
also authored and edited books both individually and jointly
and three books are forthcoming.

Presently, she is
also involved in research projects such as on Transport
Workers, Beedi Workers Welfare Fund – An Evaluation in
Southern Region, Fish Workers and Disability in India and
Employment Situation.
