Shri Sanjay
Upadhyaya is working as Associate Fellow at the V.V. Giri
National Labour Institute for the last 15 years. He is Co-ordinator
of the research centre for Employment Relations and
Regulations. His current research interests include Legal
Protection to Contract Labour, Social Security Law and
Employment Relations Law.

regular Hindi publication of the Institute, ‘Shram Vidhan’
(which contains digest of Labour related decisions of
Supreme Court and High Courts).
Shri Upadhyaya has
made presentations in National seminars, participated in a
number of discussions and workshops and has also published a
number of articles in various magazines and journals.
Recently Mr. Upadhyaya was involved in conducting an extremely
important project of the institute namely ‘Strengthening Labour Laws in order to Prevent Violations’ along with Director and two other faculty members.
He has edited a volume on short biographies of labour
leaders of India. |
